I went searching for my wedding dress back in February 2021, got measured up that May for my wedding in November, but unfortunately due to Covid the wedding was postponed for a full year.

Sweethearts Bridal was so lovely to hold onto my dress for the whole year. I then went in for my 6 week dress fitting in September 2022, had some alterations done by the very talented Kristy in October & November, she made the dress look perfect on me! I bought a Stella York dress which I absolutely loved! My lady who I dealt with the entire time was Edith. From the very start, trying on so many dresses & being so patient with me, she has been a massive part of my journey. She held my hand every step of the way & was so kind & caring, she’s an absolute sweetheart!!

I would highly recommend Sweetheart Bridal to anyone. Their dresses are stunning, the service is amazing & they really do look after you.

My beautiful Wedding Dress and my Matron of Honours Dress were both purchased at Sweethearts Bridal Boutique at Blacktown. I would like to thank Debra for her professionalism from the first day I arrived and tried several dresses on.She was able to guide a new and nervous Bride right through the whole process from the extensive collection that is available with style and ease. My Matron of Honour was able to try and buy off the Shop Stock and the necessary alterations were made and completed by Kristy quickly and efficiently.

I found the perfect dress at Sweethearts Bridal! I first saw the dress I really loved on their website. I quickly made an appointment for the next day. Lo and behold, the Maggie Sottero dress that I wanted was the only one available in store and it happened to be in my size! Noni, the bridal consultant, got me to try on that dress first, and then ensured I tried on a few other dresses so that I was sure I made the right choice! My decision was made within 30 mins after trying on 7 dresses and it was that first Maggie Sottero dress that I bought. I then needed the dress to be ready within a month and Kristy, the seamstress, made an effort to get my fittings in so that I could take my dress to the US for the wedding.

Overall a wonderful and seamless experience and the staff are so lovely and helpful.

Had an amazing experience at Sweethearts Bridal. I had been to two different shops earlier that day and felt like none of the workers were able to understand what I wanted. The team at sweethearts actually listened and made the entire experience amazing! It was an awesome afternoon and I found my dream dress. Everyone was so so helpful it was just incredible. I had such a terrible experience at my first wedding dress appointment at another boutique in the illawarra. I found a dress I loved down there but didn’t want to purchase it just based on the customer service so I googled other stockists of essence of Australia and the only other bridal store was sweethearts bridal boutique. I drove 2 hours to get to the boutique with my mum and maid of honour, and Marina served us and gave us an amazing experience. She was so lovely, so helpful, gave us so many ideas and options and she made me feel so beautiful and comfortable. I purchased my wedding dress on Saturday and came back up to the boutique to retry on the dress and do my measurements and again Marina provided such excellent customer service and she has made my wedding dress experience incredible. I am so excited for my dress to come in and feel beautiful and comfortable in such a beautiful dress. Thank you!

I am beyond thrilled with the team at sweetheart bridal - absolutely thrilled 😍😍 - I first came in 4 months before my wedding date and this did not scare Noni (she is super professional, and ladies, I do not recommend waiting till 4 months before)…Noni helped me find my dress within 2 (yes TWO) dresses only! She placed an immediate rush and the dress came earlier than expected. Thank you Noni, you are excellent at your craft! 🤩

Next, I have to commend Sandra, she is the sweetest and brightest cheerleader there ever was! Each time I came in, she was gentle and calm and kind and patient. Helped me for each visit get in and out of my dress and would fish when it was on, it seriously boosted my confidence. Thank you Sandra!! 😍

Finally, Kristy! Ladies!!!! This is who you need for alterations! I am extremely too heavy and she made me snatched and supported!! She made me turn into a million bucks and she matched my dresses height etc, she is gifted in alterations and she has such a delicate hand (that’s super strong by the way for a very tiny woman), thank you Kristy!!! 🙌🏾

My experience at Sweethearts is absolutely amazing. The ladies are just so lovely and helpful. This was the first boutique I went to and after trying so many dresses I just had to come back to them. They gave me the best experience every visit. Their selections of dresses are the best. Im amazed how my dress ended up! Definitely the best decision you will ever make!!!

Can not recommend the ladies at Sweethearts Bridal enough, they were amazing from my first visit through to the final fitting. My first appointment was in February with my wedding in late April, so a very short timeframe. They were able to sell me the sample dress at a discounted rate on the spot. It only need a few small alterations to make it the perfect fit, the whole team did a wonderful job and I can't fault them. Thank you to all of you who helped make finding a dress so seamless x

Wedding dress shopping is the most overwhelming experience I have ever been in. The ladies at Sweethearts are the most sweetest, caring and helpful people I have come across. They were so helpful and as a team over two visits they helped me say yes to my dream dress.

Everytime I visit the store I am greeted with a smile and treated like royalty. Edith the owner is a woman of such grace and expertise in finding the perfect wedding dress for brides. She has created a beautiful atmosphere of staff who are genuine and love the excitement of helping someone make their day.
